Khadijah Q. McFadden

A dynamic attorney in our Insurance Defense group, Khadijah McFadden prides herself on performing a thorough initial case workup to develop a comprehensive strategy and guide her clients through the litigation process.

Khadijah began her law career as a law clerk for Zausmer. She later served as a research attorney for the Michigan Court of Appeals. She honed her research skills in drafting reports and court opinions on civil and criminal matters. After her time at the Michigan Court of Appeals, Khadijah moved to a large metro Detroit insurance defense firm, where she focused on first- and third-party auto litigation.

Khadijah also has experience representing low-income individuals, seniors, and survivors of domestic violence as a Staff Attorney for Lakeshore Legal Aid. In addition, Khadijah serves as a board member of the Southeast Michigan Senior Regional Collaborative and assists with the development of Eldercaring Coordination, an ADR program for families in high-conflict scenarios.
