The article – a sneak peak of their upcoming presentation at the International Right of Way’s annual education conference in Edmonton this summer – tackles the misconception that lawyers are a hindrance to the goals of a project team. The article provides a few tips for project managers to implement to integrate lawyers in their team and get the buy-in from other team members.
