The Devoted Barn is an animal rescue and rehabilitation facility that cares for animals who are victims of neglect, cruelty, and large-scale hoarding cases. The organization helps animals that are unowned and in need of urgent medical attention. It also takes care of feral dogs, horses, llamas, sheep, pigs, bunnies, and cats.
Located in Newport, Michigan, the Devoted Barn works to heal animals both physically and emotionally, teaching them to trust and love again, some for the first time, with the help of at-risk youth and special needs adults who come to work at the barn.
Zausmer, August & Caldwell attorneys and staff went “Casual for a Cause” on Friday, February 2nd, to raise money in support of the Devoted Barn and its important mission.
