Randi’s practice is discovery intensive, and she strives to uncover all of the facts behind each case in which she’s involved. From the pleadings stage, to interrogatories and comprehensive records review, to deposing parties, witnesses, and experts, she explores every angle. Always conscious of the clients’ investment, Randi pursues resolution through negotiation and ADR options such as case evaluation, mediation, and arbitration. When the parties reach an impasse, however, she’s ready to take any matter to trial.
Deciding on a career in law while in high school, Randi supplemented her college work with an internship at an immigration firm, working with individuals and families seeking residency and citizenship in the U.S. Her strong interest in supplementing her law school studies with real world experience led to a clerkship with a Detroit-area insurance defense firm, a job she held for more than two years before the firm hired her as an associate upon graduation from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
