Marc McDonald represents clients in the defense of no-fault, automobile negligence, premises liability, and general negligence actions, as well as civil rights and municipal law matters and criminal defense.

He has extensive courtroom experience, having secured an impressive number of successful verdicts and settlements in both state and federal courts.

Prior to entering the practice, Marc earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, in business administration from Loyola University Chicago, where he was a member of the men’s basketball team and was an Academic All-Conference selection.  He was also inducted into the Phi Alpha Theta history honor society, and won the Business Award for Finance.

Marc later earned his law degree from Wayne State University in 2004, interning in the General Counsel’s Office of the Ford Motor Company legal department before embarking upon his career in the courtroom.  His accomplishments have not only generated impressive results for his clients but the respect and admiration of his peers, as demonstrated by his selection as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2013 and 2014.  Marc was also selected as one of the “Top 100 Trial Lawyers” by the National Trial Lawyers.
