Beyond the legal issues, Kyle routinely encounters scientific, technical, and economic issues that inevitably arise from development disputes.
He’s had to immerse himself in the engineering issues underlying a municipal sewer overflow system and study up on the economic and environmental consequences of an underground oil pipeline breach. For every new matter he takes on, he helps to uncover and unravel the case behind the case.
After receiving his Bachelor degree in Pre-Law Studies with honors from Michigan State University, Kyle earned his law degree from Boston University, where he participated in Moot Court and volunteered at the school’s Criminal Law Clinic.
Outside of the practice of law, Kyle is a proud supporter and member of the Board of Directors of Tamarack Camps, an organization that provides enriching camping experiences for Jewish children and families, respectful of their financial ability.
He is an active member and serves on a committee to develop teen travel programs so that young adults can genuinely experience more of our world.
