Born and raised in South Carolina, Davis headed north to pursue his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School, where he participated in the Moot Court and Mock Trial programs, served as Managing Editor of the Marquette Elder’s Advisor Law Review, and earned a certificate in Litigation Practice. He also supplemented his classroom education by clerking for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Regional Counsel.
After law school, Davis relocated to the Detroit area, where he built a law practice involving bankruptcy, workers’ compensation, and no-fault PIP matters, developing his written advocacy and courtroom skills. He has tallied several summary disposition victories and has successfully first-chaired numerous administrative proceedings.
Outside the office, Davis enjoys basketball, golf, and the outdoors, and he and his wife are the doting parents of their toddler daughter.
